Merge MacBooks into one w/ 2 users

How can I merge two Macbook Pros from 2011 to a brand new macbook air with two seperate user accounts. Is this possible? How? We did not fill up either macbook pro and upgraded memory to 1 TB in the new air.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

Use Migration Assistant.

You can run it once to import stuff from one mac and then run it again for the other.

You can do it over Wifi, or make a Time Machine backup and use it to do the migration.
