Using PayPal Credit as payment in Apple store

HOW can I use PayPal Credit for payment online in Apple store? When I go to the PayPal payment link, I only get the options for bank account (linked to PayPal account) or debit card (linked to bank), but NO option for PayPal Credit. Apple is listed as a merchant on PayPal Credit site. And PayPal said it should be an option inside the PayPal link. But it's not. What's up Apple?
