Prioritizing iCloud over Chrome passwords

I have an iPhone l, MacBook Air, and Windows 10 desktop. I predominantly use Safari on my devices, although I also use Chrome occasionally, which helps to sync with my PC. As a result, there are both iCloud Keychain and Chrome passwords stored on my devices. Most of my iCloud Keychain passwords are more up to date. Unfortunately, when I’m using Safari on my iPhone, it almost always lists the Chrome password as the first suggestion. I have to click “more passwords” to find the iCloud ones. I can disable the Chrome ones in Autofill Passwords, but I’d rather not, since I use them sometimes. Is there a way to set the iCloud passwords as the default suggestion?
