Because the 5G antenna you are referring to is only used in certain markets, such as the US. To obtain 5G service, contact your cellular provider (assuming they offer 5G).

My phone doesn’t have any antenna like I saw in promotion pic. Furthermore when I open setting - mobile data - voice and data - its show’s only 4g and3g ...why?
