Cancel Subscription

Hi,


I purchased the Audible subscription in October but I now wish to cancel it as I never use it. For some bizarre reason, when I go into setting and subscription, Audible is not appearing on the dropdown menu and I have no way of cancelling this.


Please can you help?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It looks like you're unable to cancel a subscription. We definitely don't want you to pay for a service you aren’t using, and we’d be happy to take a closer look.


To be sure we understand correctly, was the subscription purchased from the App Store or from a third-party website?
