Mobile Popup Issues

See attached pictures. Whenever I am on my phone and try to put in a bid using this specific website, it brings up pop-up screen. Only problem is half of the pop-up is cutoff. I can put in my bid, but I cannot submit it because the Submit button is unobtainable. I have tried every internet browser on my phone with no luck. Does anyone know if there is a workaround here? I know for a fact the pop-up shows in full on Android phones. I am currently using an iPhone X.
