Possibly hacked

I received a text message That said a package was returned to USPS and that I needed to click the link immediately to get it resent. I did click on the link, it was early and I wasn’t thinking. I changed my password and passcode immediately. What more should I do?

That should be enough. You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
