Facing problem in iphone 11

Why my iPhone is getting hot and hanging very much? I have done the iOS update but still facing the problem.

My iphone is hanging and gets too hot whenever i use my iphone my iphone X gets too hot nd it start crashing. My phone started hanging too much.. i couldn’t type properly, my apps starts to shuffle suddenly. it’s just 1 and a half year old and giving me so much problm i never faced such problem in my previous apple phones or ipods.

It only gets warm during charging or heavy use like games.
