Hello! I have a problem with logging into Apple Music on a MacBook, I bought a student subscription and logs in quietly on my phone, but not on a MacBook, it redirects to the subscription page all the time. how to solve this problem and how to log into my account?

Apple Music won’t play or let me log in I am having trouble with my Apple Music account, it won’t allow me to play any music, it won’t allow me to access my account either to see if my subscription is still valid/live. Subscription failure for Apple Music Hi, there was a situation when I was logged out of the Apple Music and thus couldn't listen to my playlists. I fixed that problem and everything was fine, however after the big update of OS I was logged out again and can't return my subscription to the Music. The system sees my ID, accepts password but doesn't see it was paid. The money is taken regularly, so the subscription was not over. Could you please help? Thanks.
