Hello! I have my old one iPhone 4s. It was registered with old apple ID that doesn’t supports by the Apple anymore. But in attempts of login to that device system require me to enter a password for that Apple ID. After few attempts of entering the password the device has been blocked for security reasons. How to unlock it? Hope you'll help me.

Looking at the first screenshot you shared, did you delete the Apple ID that was used with this iPhone? If so, there is no account to sign into to access your iPhone.
When looking at the second screenshot, it appears the account exists, because it’s telling you it’s locked for security purposes.
The links shared with you earlier would be the correct ones to use for your Apple ID and resetting the password. We are end-users here just like yourself, so we don’t have access to any Apple account information. Hello Matthew. The situation has been not resolved. I wrote about my previous Apple ID which was required for login to my iPhone 4s. After few attemts iPhone 4s has been locked for security reasons.
I've tried to login to appleid.apple.com with that previous Apple ID email and I got this:
