Iphone11 cracked camera lens

I know many of you have had your outside camera lens crack or break on the IPhone 11. It has been said, and it IS true, Apple will not do anything except take your $499 for a new phone.

Today, for the 3rd time, I spent close to an hour with 4 different people fro Apple trying to get them to do something. Bottom line, even a senior adviser could do nothing. He suggested that if Apple gets enough complaints about this problem, they may address. So please, if you have this problem, file a complaint with Apple.
