I made the mistake of downloading a camera filter app, and even though I deleted it, it seems so deep in my system, Chrome still says its there and it messes up my videos now. How can I get rid of this?

Did you simply delete the app? Or did you use the developer's uninstaller? If they have one, I'd try running that.
