Does anyone else not get a Reply button when they press and hold a message bubble? The options I get are Copy, Speak, and More.

Seeing a "Speak" option is not standard. It suggests you have set up something non-standard in Settings > Accessibility.
"Speak" appears instead of "Reply".

if it's a green message as in a sms received because an iphone is connected to the same appleID you don't get the option only imessages support it
That was it. I tried a different message thread with someone using an iPhone, and Reply shows up.
when I enter an imessage thread in the bottom there is a textbox if I click that my keyboard shows up if I type some text and click return i reply to the message, why do you choose to attempt to reply by context menu?
I turned off Speak Selection in Settings > Accessibility, and the Speak option went away, but now I only get two options, Copy and More. How do I get the Reply option to show up?
So that I can reply to a specific message in a thread. This is a new feature in iOS 14.
