How do I cancel ‘picture this’ subscription that I got 30mins ago

Hello,

please reference How to cancel a subscription from Apple!

Downloaded Picture This & THEN found out l would be subscribed after 7 day free trial. Sounds likes false advertising. Wish to cancel NOW but cannot seem to do it. If I delete the app, will I still get charged the fee? If so how do I really cancel Picture This?
