I bought my watch from sprint. I recently switch to Xfinity and the watch will not connect to the xfinity mobile network. How do i resolve this? customer service has been no help

How do you connect a watch from the sprint network to the xfinity network? Xfinity customer service is no help.

The iPhone might be carrier locked to Sprint. There is not much Apple can do about carrier lock. Only Xfinity can. For more info, see:

Sorry, I forgot which forum I was in. The above won't help you. If you have a cellular watch and you want to use the cellular feature, your iPhone and watch MUST use the same carrier and you will have to activate and have an additional plan with Xfinity to include the watch. For more info, see:
