MackBook Pro 2015 lost internal audio device

Hello, mackbook pro 2015, BigSur installed. Working fine long time. Today just lost internal audio device. In System Preferences/Audio - no audio device found. External USB audio working fine.

Im try:

Restart
Reset SMC, NVRAM, PRAM
Restart in diagnostic mode (press D when boot) - no problems find
Boot in safe mode
Recovery from Time Machine

But this no works, what i can do next ?

Check Audio MIDI setup and make sure Internal Speakers are selected.

Click Spotlight icon in the menu bar enter Audio.

AudioMIDI setup will show up.

Make sure Internal Speakers are chosen in the left sidebar.

Click the gear icon (Configure) at the bottom bottom and choose Internal Speakers if available for output.
