apple devices unable to connect to swann security devices since ios upgrade to iOS 14.4.1

Urgent help required please..


We utilise on our iPhones and iPads an app called HomeSafe to remotely monitor our security cameras.


Following a recent upgrade to IOS 14.4.1 we have been unable to connect to our security cameras from our apple devices.

The security DVR shows no connectivity to WIFI.

the DVR system is upgraded to latest firmware and it also works through the TV.

it will not connect to our apple devices since the IOS upgrade due to lack of connectivity to the WiFi.

any help would be appreciated please as we are away from home a lot due to work and need to be able to view our property.
