I have purchased iPhone 11 in India. Can I use 2 physical nano sims in this iPhone 11?

will it work if I use 2 physical nano sim.

Not unless you bought it in parts of China.

All other areas have a nano and an e-sim.

It seems that only iPhones from China, Hong Kong, and Macao have physical "dual" SIM cards.
