COVID-19 detection app disabled after 14.4.2 update - or not?

I just noticed that the local covid detection app had been disabled, apparently after the 14.4.2 update. Or so I think anyway....it was still all fine and dandy a couple days ago.

Has anybody seen the same? This was easy to fix but I am wondering why that would happen just by itself and without alerting me?

The update was a security update and should not have caused any app malfunction. Another thread reported problem with some social media apps. It sounds like you got your issue resolved.
