Apple Music not accepting debit card.

I enrolled for Apple Music, first the 3 month free subscription and now since its coming to an end, I'm trying to renew it and make it continue monthly, but it's declining my ICICI debit card, I don't know why. I have tried multiple times, I have a lot of playlists now too, and don't want to switch to some other app and lose songs. Please reply as soon as possible.
