Changing trusted number.

Recently I had my phone stolen the trusted number was set in by car phone warehouse but was my previous number. After losing my phone I have been trying to get back into my original Apple ID but can not without having to receive a code but I can not with the number put down. I can not also get into my iCloud email either as a code is needed too from the same number, I need to use this Apple ID to cancel subscriptions coming out every week! And to get my photos back.

Update your trusted phone number through account recovery

Go to appleid.apple.com.
Sign in with your Apple ID.
Select “Didn’t get a verification code?”, then select More Options.
You'll be redirected to iforgot.apple.com.
Complete your account recovery request.

So if u doesnt have the trusted number u can start the acc recovery at iforgot.apple.com but u have to know first the trusted number how is composed ( apple cant help to find it) and u can start the acc recovery by using another number
