Shutter click

I bought an iPhone XS Model: MT9E2KH / A, serial number: C3****PG1. When I bought the iPhone, I did not know that this model for South Korea and when I take a photo I always listen shutter clicks sound. I can not sound off. I live in Belarus and this country do not has law about always take a photo with shutter clicks. How can this problem be solved?

If you’re asking how you can turn it off, you cannot. The device is sold with that sound permanently set, as required by the laws of S. Korea. It doesn’t matter where else in the world the device ends up being used in. That model will always make the shutter sound when using the camera.
