The error message means that there is some corruption at Frame # 101. Usually it is a black frame. Expand out your timeline with the slider above and to the right of the timeline. Scroll through the timeline around the frame 101 mark and look for black frames, white flashes, and any other signs of corruption. Cut out any that you find and try exporting again. To convert frames to time, divide the frame rate into 101. So, for example, in a 30 fps project frame #101 would appear at the 3.36 second mark.
Work with a duplicate project if you want to preserve your original work.
Also, sometimes .mts clips need to be converted to Mp4/AAC in order to work in iMovie.
