Im planningvto buy a second hand iphone 11 pro and the battery capacity is just 89%. She used this fone for 1 year and 4 months already. Isnt still worth it to huy this phone?

As long as the phone is not locked to a carrier and not activation locked that should not be an issue. You can always pay $69 to replace the battery when it drops to 80%.
