Mirror iPhone to iPad?

Is it possible to mirror iPhone to iPad using naitive AirPlay? I see various examples but my iPhone refuse to find my iPad under devices in Screen Mirroring. I see my ATV but no iPad. Is it possible using only iOs/iPadOs??
