last name conrains invalid character

try to download an apo from APP store. It requires me to comolete my apple ID first, but it keep telling me my last name and first name contains invalid character n will not allow me go next

Log into your account in the App Store/iTunes and you should be able to change/verify it there.

Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes store. Please review your account information
