Cannot see all the content on PC browser

In the browser, you can access all of the Apple TV+ content. Not other content. It works as intended.

In the Apple TV app, there is also other content, besides Apple TV+ (e.g. iTunes Store movies and TV shows, and select premium Channels).

GUIs and the Developers:

They are two different GUIs (Graphical User Interfaces) authored by the same developer: Apple. So, the GUIs are different, most likely for user-friendliness, and accessibility.
