I don’t have my email or password that my Apple Watch is connected to how can I get my watch connected to my new phone and email?
How can I get my Apple Watch set up without my old email and password.

If your watch is activation locked you will need the Apple ID and email that were used to enable it. Log in to https://icloud.com/find using that Apple ID (old email) and its password. You can then remove the watch from your old account, then you can reset it and pair it with the new phone.
