My Milanese loop doesn’t lock in one side. Have flipped it over and it does. Can I exchange the loop for another one since it’s less than a year of usage and I’ve Apple Care. I’m from Singapore.

There is nothing wrong with the Milanese Loop, it only locks (magnet) on one side.
