Accidental confirmation of subscription.
I accidentally confirmed a Flikr 1 year subscription. I cancelled it immediately when I realized I did. How can I ensure I won't be charged for the subscription.

You can't; while you can ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund, they won't be obligated to provide it in most countries.
