Depends on how many GB of data you have.

Data will transferred.

Apps are not part of the transfer, it will re-download automatically (if it is still available in the App Store),

make sure iPhone is connected to power & wi-Fi, be patient.

Thanks. Does the transfer occur in stages?

Because some of my apps and data has transferred but other apps haven’t yet.
