I have the Apple Watch series 6, while swimming the temperature icon came on and it’s stuck there ! It was never in a hot environment.

He have the series 6 watch, I went swimming today and it started glitching and said it was in high temperatures, which it wasn’t ! Now it’s stuck on the temp icon even though it has “cooled” down. I let it sit off my wrist for a few hours, if I charge it will get super hot ! What do I do !
