Apple TV won’t play some shows

Apple TV on Roku won’t play some content. The ones I really want to watch are hit and miss. Will play sometimes and then other times it says, “video not available, check internet”. My internet connection is strong and excellent!? It will let me play shows I’m uninterested in.
