I need to download an app that only exists on the Mexico App Store but my account is in the US App Store.
How can I temporarily switch region to be able to download that app?
This is not a gaming app. It is a serious app that I need for work.

You cannot change it temporarily, you would have to go through the full process. It is not intended you change country settings to get access to items in a country where you do not reside.

For those apps not available in 🇺🇸 and 🇲🇽, you’re left to run with two Apple IDs, and two sets of devices.
Or more of a hassle, run two Apple IDs and reset and reload your devices between countries.

Thank you for taking the time to answer to me. The thing is that I live in the US and part time in Mexico, therefore I need to have access to download certain apps that are not available in the US store. They used to be but then they changed and I cannot update them anymore.
I am sure there must be a way, yes?
Ask the developer to make them available in the US Store.
If you want to change store countries then realize you will need a payment method such as a credit card billed to you at a mailing address (not a PO box) in Mexico.
