AirPods Pro not working after 14.4.2 update

iPhone XS updated overnight and AirPods now will not connect at all. “Forgot this device” them and now unable to reconnect. Have turned phone on and off. Turned flight mode on and off, Bluetooth on and off, performed a factory reset on AirPods and still no joy. Please help.
