Annoying error pop up at start up "This Mac can't connect to Apple Media Services because of a problem with ...email"

Started happening immediately after updated my OS to Big Sur. Does anyone know how to stop this pop up from happening? I've tried everything I can possibly think of.

Thanks in advance,

Hi Brendan8600,

It sounds like you're getting the alert "This Mac can't connect to Apple Media Services because of a problem with" and then your Apple ID email address. We're glad you've joined us in Apple Support Communities, and we can provide some assistance.

Let's follow the steps in If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services. The troubleshooting in this link has the most frequent solutions to fixing any alert about connecting to our services.

If the issue remains after following those steps, let us know if there's a place to put in your password and if you've tried signing in there.

We hope that helps with your question and take care!
