AF update available in region
Singapore is listed as available but when I tried to update it in the Health app in iphone for a iWatch 6 - I received a message that the ECG update is not available in your region.
Is there something I am doing wrong?

to be able to activate ECG in your region "Singapore" you need to be in the territory it self, not only set Singapore as a region on your phone while you are somewhere else,
if you are actually in Singapore make sure you are using a sim card, try to restart you iPhone & Apple Watch,
that should solve the issue
