I am a recent Mac convertee, and am loving the Facebook integration with iPhoto. However, I have some albums on Facebook that I want add extra photos to from iPhoto. It's very easy to create a new album from iPhoto, but what about adding to an existing album??

I suppose I could create a new album to sync to iPhoto, but I don't want to double-up photos on Facebook, or lose photos that have comments.

Adding to an existing Facebook album is not a feature of iPhoto - suggest to Apple - iPhoto menu ==> provide iPhoto feedback

You have to add photos to an existing Facebook album from within Facebook. You will first need to export those photos to your desktop.

I recently upgraded iPhoto 8 (iLife 09), from the previous version. I previously had a plug-in installed that I downloaded from, I think, Facebook. It worked like a charm--it allowed you to upload to whatever existing album you want.

After updating iPhoto, the plug-in was gone, and I discovered this liability in the exporter built in to iPhoto.

Think I'm going to try to download the plug-in from Facebook again...
