Irish Holidays
Irish holidays (e.g. St Patrick's Day) are not showing in the calendar on my MBP, in iCloud or on my iPhone. Can anyone help?
Irish Holidays are showing on my wife's iPhone calendar.
Many thanks

Hi patnevinwasgood,
We see you're missing Irish holidays on your devices, however your wife has them on hers.
Depending on the country your account is set for will determine which holidays show by default. You can confirm the country for your Apple ID on your iPhone under Settings > [ your name] > Media & Purchases > View Account > Country & Region. On your Mac, open Music or iTunes and then from the menu bar go to Account > View My Account.
After confirming your country is accurate, check if the appropriate calendar is hidden. For iPhone, go into the Calendar app, then tap Calendars at the bottom and you should see the subscribed calendar in the list. If it is not checked, check it. For Mac, follow the steps below.
Let us know the results from there.
Cheers!
Thank you for the reply. I have spoken with Apple Support and after checking routine issues they informed me that:
...this is a known issue we are working to fix and to keep the device updated, as we will release subsequent fixes through that.
So hopefully the issue will be sorted in a future update.
Cheers
Thank you very much for taking the time out to reply.
On my iPhone when I got to Settings > [ your name] > Media & Purchases > View Account > Country & Region, it takes me to a window that says ‘To change stores, you must first cancel Apple Music subscription.' So I am not able to see which country I am set to there.
On my Mac when I go to iTunes > Account > View My Account, the Country or region is set to Ireland.
The ‘show holidays’ box is checked on my Mac. On my iPhone, the Irish Holidays calendar is checked (although I don’t know if this is the correct default calendar)
I also signed in to iCloud on the Safari Browser Calendar > My Name > Account Settings > Time Zone /Formats and this is set to Ireland.
Unfortunately, I still do not have Irish Holidays showing in my Calendar.
Thanks for your help,
patnevinwasgood,
