Carrier settings update required but how do I do it if not prompted?

My phone says I need a carrier settings update but it’s up to date

Here’s the official answer→Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

But the simple answer is go to Settings/General/About and wait a few seconds.
