I have an old iphone 4 . I forgot my passcode and I had to reset the iphone. Now I am not able to activate the phone. I was planning to connect the iPhone 4 thru Wi-Fi. How can I activate? Going thru iTunes I got the following message. "We 're sorry, we were unable to continue with your activation at this time" Please try again later, or contact customer support

You need a sim card to activate the phone
