This icon appeared at the top of iMessages. I thought perhaps it was an accessibility option that got turned on somehow, but I couldn't figure it out or pinpoint it. Then, it just kind of went away, although I'm not sure what I did for it to go away. Has anyone seen anything like this before and can tell me what it is?

This looks like the widget from recording audio in Messages, with the send button (as shown in Send photo, video, or audio messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support). However, I am not sure if it is supposed to show there.
Have you tried restarting your iPhone to see if that goes away?

It's gone away now, but I was just trying to figure out what it might have been. I see I can replicate it by holding down the little audio icon in the message bar, but I'm not sure how I got it up on the top like that. But, close enough to mystery solved I think!
