Data deleted after ios update

My iPhone 7 was stuck in a boot loop with the Apple logo. I did an update, but lost all of my data. How do I get the data back?

Thete is no guarantee that the process recovering from a boot loop will save your data if you had to choose Restore over Update.

Get your data from your regular backup.
