Zoom Screen share with Audio Issue?

In the last few days, I am no longer able to screen share audio in zoom. I keep getting asked permission to download zoom audio device. I also have zoom tech support on working on this. I also notice in my audio midi set-up there is a small exclamation point next to my MacBook Air speakers - possibly connected?

My speakers and audio seem to be working fine - and I can participate in zoom - I just can't screen share - something with audio - such as a video or something from my Apple Music.

I know this is likely a zoom issue but is there anything in my settings I can do? Zoom has permission for my speaker and microphone and also screen recording in my privacy and security in system preferences. I have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom five times now to no avail.
