iPhone won’t connect to wifi

Hi there. My iPhone doesn’t connect to the WiFi anymore. Wifi is working and is currently used by PlayStation and streaming. I reset the network settings and I shut it down multiple times. Also did soft resets a couple of times. This is an 11 pro max.

tried apple support via messenger. It told me that this service is not available in my region.
