How to mirror Ipad to Macbook pro

Hi

I have iPAD 7th Gen with latest IOS update and Mac book pro (early 2015) with Big sur installed.

I am not able to mirror iPAD to mac book, Dont see Ipad as a device for screen mirroring list?

Help or suggestions needed ?
