How can I fix my unresponsive phone? The power button and apps aren’t working
The power button is unresponsive and when I try to click on apps they are unresponsive as well.

If the power button is not working, you will not be able to perform most of the troubleshooting steps that may be needed to gain access to this phone again. At this point, I suggest you make a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look and provide you with your options.
