Transferring Videos from iPhone and iCloud to PC (keeping quality, keeping Date Created)

My iPhone and iCloud are full of videos.

I want to transfer them to my PC (keeping high resolution quality and Date Created (and removed from iPhone and iCloud).

What is EASIEST and RELIABLE way to do this?

Every way I try is unstable, fails, or the original correct Date Created is lost and instead says the date I transferred the video over.

PLEASE HELP! Thank you.

Windows, Windows 6
