Safari can't open the page. The error is: " The operation couldn't be completed. Invalid Argument" (NSPOSIXErrorDomain:22)

As I am in China, sometimes I have to use VPN to access Facebook and Youtube. Suddenly my Safari stopped working saying "Safari can't open the page. The error is: The operation couldn't be completed. Invalid Argument" (NSPOSIXErrorDomain:22). My Google Chrome is still working. How can I solve the problem?

Thanks in Advance.
