Add a number to your Apple ID from web browser.

Watch the GIF below abd Click on Add Number (On the last screen)

Go to Settings > Messages and turn off iMessage.
Go to Settings > FaceTime and turn off FaceTime.
Restart your device.

Remove the temporary number from https://appleid.apple.com
